A new exciting cookbook was launched this year by the Blue Haven Food Company Kinsale, “Casual Cooking” written by the talented chefs from the Blue Haven Food Co and the Blue Haven Hotel, who put together their favourite recipes for all to enjoy. These easy recipes are a delight for those who have little time but are keen to eat well.
A great night was had by all in Café 11@ the Old Bank House Kinsale, the home of where all the delicious Blue Haven Food Co products can be purchased. A note to mention is that 10% of proceeds of the cookbook are to go to a worthy cause NBCRI.
T.V. presenter Jenny Buckley hosted as MC, she welcomed the business community and customers to the launch and spoke of how the Blue haven Food Co has grown from strength to strength, in the last year. Pointing out that The Blue Haven Food Co. is a dedicated catering and food manufacturing company, specialising in breads, pastries and confectionaries, ready to go meals, celebration cakes, organic food, farmer’s market products and is now employing over 6 fulltime staff, with a view for expansion in the near future.
