The Blue Haven Collection Kinsale is delighted to announce its newest venture, The Blue Haven Cookery School, which will begin an exciting line up of cookery courses this November.
Look no further for things to do over the quiet winter months, these courses are designed to give that culinary edge when it comes to entertaining at home, new ideas for meals for the family or to bring out a hidden talent!
The idea of The Blue Haven Cookery School stemmed from a number of very successful demonstrations by Clodagh McKenna and our team of chefs last year.
We are now delighted to offer, a new theme every Wednesday in November and a Christmas Menu Special in December with superb tips on Christmas entertaining.
All courses will be held in the Blue Haven Hotel Kinsale and many of the ingredients will be sourced from the Blue Haven garden.

Christmas Menu Special. Thursday 16th of December
Cooking at home this Christmas can be so easy with the Chefs helpful hints and suggestions, enjoy a glass of wine while we wow you with our alternative menus for Christmas, while still keeping the traditional touches.
Prices for the Course are as follows:
€35 per night or book all 4 nights for €130.00 plus a special offer book all 4 nights and come to our Christmas special demo for €25.00
Christmas Special Demo on its own €40 per person.
